Mission

To promote the development of suprasectorial social programs and projects within the context of the National Development Plan, designed to favour vulnerable groups through the use of the pull and capacity to manage funds in complement to and in coordination with government agencies and civil organization.

Vision

Peaceful coexistence and harmony, with respect for individual and collective rights and obligations through community participation, seeking collective prosperity.
